The story is kinda weird. The 4-year old girl in the video was str.ipped na.ked & humiliated in a church gathering because she had already developed bre.asts & had started menst.ruating at that age. The pastor believed she needed deliverance, that her early pub.erty was the work of the devil, hence she was stri.pped in front of the whole congregation.
The video is in French, but there is an interpreter, so i’m thinking the incident didn’t happen in 9JA.
